🌟Meet Jess – Support Administrator – The driving link between clients and staff!

Jess joined RB Accountancy Services in August 2025 and quickly became an important part of our administrative and compliance team. She holds a Management and Accounting degree from the University of Hull (2012) and brings valuable experience from both the construction industry and the legal sector.

She supports Companies House secretarial services, client onboarding processes, Anti-Money Laundering compliance and general administration. She is working towards the adoption of AI into training guides.

Jess plays a key role in ensuring client records are accurate, compliant and efficiently maintained. Her organised and methodical approach helps ensure smooth internal processes and excellent client service.

Jess particularly enjoys building relationships with clients, often being one of the first ports of call and supporting the wider team behind the scenes.

Outside of work, she is the ‘chaos coordinator’ with her young family & partner, she enjoys spending time at the gym and is a keen animal lover. 📊🌟
