RECENT CHANGES TO COMPANIES HOUSE – WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW

In response to the Economic Crime and Corporate Transparency Act (ECCT), Companies House is introducing a series of important changes to improve corporate transparency and combat economic crime. These updates will impact company directors, Persons of Significant Control (PSCs), and the way businesses interact with Companies House.
